I’m Patrick Bialy, a photographer—among many other things—based in the San Francisco Bay Area. My love for photography started in 2014 when I bought my first DSLR, and ever since, I’ve been exploring the world with my camera.

I shoot a bit of everything, from the stars in the night sky to architecture and cityscapes, and even graduation photos. Whether it’s chasing the perfect light in the city or venturing into remote locations for astrophotography, I’m always looking for ways to capture the beautiful world around me.

Beyond photography, I hold a master’s degree in exercise physiology, a crossroads of science, human performance, and real-world application. Furthermore, during my master’s, I had the opportunity to collaborate with NASA on a project exploring the effects of spaceflight on tendon tissue, specifically focusing on nano-mechanical changes in collagen fibrils.

This portfolio is not just a collection of photos—it’s a reflection of my journey in photography. It documents my progress, the evolution of my skills, and the moments I’ve captured along the way. More than that, it reflects how I see the world. Each image tells a story, not just of what’s in front of the camera, but of the unseen moments, emotions, and experiences behind every shot.

I hope you enjoy:)
